By having you complete the approval process for this program, new opportunities will arise! You will have access to your Back Office through the FMS Vortex system. This includes access to your own Zoom link along with training sessions to help you set up your own YouTube channel.
Creating your own YouTube Channel will give you a chance to introduce yourself. You will have the ability to talk about what specific grades and curriculums your focus will be on. We are looking for teachers that offer a quality education, which includes a ton of excitement and eagerness in presenting your material to your students. Keep in mind that the ability to engage with your possible students or parents will determine your income potential. The more you are able to appeal to your students, the more your earnings will increase.

Payment System for Teachers Online
Now, With this program, you will become an Independent Contractor. Acquiring this title gives you the ability to make an INCREDIBLE income, determined strictly by you. Lets break this down. With Each class you will only be able to accommodate up to 500 students. If you have the expertise to teach various grades and subjects, you will be compensated very well. Don’t forget! Your pay is influenced by your ability to attract students to your platforms, not how many classes you teach.
With our FMS vortex platform, you will gain access to other programs that you will be able to market. Along with this process, includes having access to our Teaching platform. Being a part of this teaching platform gives you the option to share this with your friends or family. Including all the Exclusive programs. The choice is up to you. Having the ability to be flexible in this position as an independent contractor, opens a door to endless opportunities. Yes! That means that the sky is the limit! NO educational system created can top that!
Pay structure set up for our Online Teachers Program:
With this pay structure a student accesses a class, the teacher’s wallet is credited with $.50. One example is, by teaching 100 students in one session, you earn $50 for that session. Now for 500 students you will earn $250. We repeat the same process depending on the amount of students you have. The maximum number of students allowed is 500. Any additional students will be placed in a separate class or assigned to another teacher. This is part of the system design.
Students that sign up for grades 1 through 8 can attend up to 5 classes daily. Those in grades 9 through 12 can attend up to 6 classes daily.
The FMS Vortex system will be the home of your pay structure. We also have access to ZOOM; covering all fees once signed up. Training will be provided to assist you with your YouTube channel and instructions on your curriculums. It gets’ even better!
As a part of the FMS vortex platform, you can earn more by promoting the goods and services offered in this program. We will give you the ability to assemble a massive customer base, partnerships, and teams. Giving you the access to assemble in the United States and across the GLOBE. This will have a WORLDWIDE impact.

Our online education platform will definitely stand out from all others. We are striving to make sure our instructors, teachers, and tutors are truly exceptional. With our evaluation process, we are able to screen those that are most qualified and experienced. Most importantly, the individuals that we will focus on express a warm, compassionate, and enthusiastic character. They have to want to make a difference. Requirements we are seeking for our online teachers:
- A four year teaching degree.
- Qualified teachers with experience is mandatory. From college grads, to retired teachers, we encourage all to apply.
- Applicants must have a genuine passion for teaching and offer something unique.
- The payment structure used will be FMS Vortex through DTCA, this is the payment system for everyone.
- Applicants must create a YouTube channel and video introducing themselves and demonstrating their qualifications and talents (tons of training provided).
- Dedication and commitment to this program is essential.
- Applicants must be willing to set a higher standard in education and be above the “norm”. The traditional way of educating is NOT the goal here.
